Texts are sent through our messaging provider only to deliver your claim messages. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Message frequency varies, up to 5 messages per claim. Message and data rates may apply. Texts are about your open claim only: photo links, reminders, and status, not advertising. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, HELP for help.

We keep claim records as required for insurance work, then delete or archive per file retention. Photos you upload through an inspection link are stored on that claim for the carrier/client and the assigned appraiser. Do not upload unrelated personal photos.
